outside and get too caught up on the weather. this from our san francisco rubicam and jacqueline bennett for our first look at the forecast. >> foggy, and a cool afternoon has been the trend for the past several days and this afternoon will be really no different. starting today, and morning fog and drizzle. drizzle close to the coastline, a patchy fog inland and already dissipating along the coast. cooler temperatures today, 59 on the coast, 67, and low 80s, inland. not much change, tomorrow either. with fog in the morning, sunny skies in the afternoon and the temperatures are going to be mild and cool for this time of year. 80s inland, upper 60s to run the bay, and low sixties around the coast. we will take a look a your extended forecast how much longer this pattern is going to last.

>> and we are back at the kron 4 news this weekend, a beautiful look however, the bay bridge is still shrouded and with fog. and jacqueline? >> with not much change over the forecast and today is not going to be much different. this morning, dense fog and drizzle close to the coastline and temperatures are on the mild side, low-mid-50s. as we go

towards the afternoon, things will not warm up that much that fog will push along the coastline by noon. and even some sun breaks along the coast by 5:00 p.m. and temperatures will be up on a coursefor this e of year, with only 86, inland this afternoon. a look at the fog tracker this morning, we're going to start a few hours ago. at 5:00 a.m., this was the extent of it, reaching inland valleys and barely touching the south bay in scaling back, quickly this morning. by 8:00 a.m., the fog is still lingering across south bay off and to cooler temperatures along the north bay, and also along the coastline and in the end. and the fog tracker is putting it off at 10:00 a.m. perhaps that is a bit too early? the sea breezes are too strong to see complete clearing. the will have to slack off if that is going to happen but breaks of sunshine are still a possibility in the

>> and it took at this gas station on 52nd street friday at 3:1:00 pm when oakland police got a phone call that a man had jumped onto the hood of a woman's car. and they described as an attempted carjacking a woman and her daughter were able to drive away from the suspect. however, on their way to the scene the zero pd that a deranged man opened and to the emergency room and the children's hospital with a gun and holding a nurse hostage. and this was within minutes, investigators were able to convince the suspects to release the nurse, put down the weapon and to give himself up without anybody being harmed. the suspect, 49 year-old katrell, is the same man attended the carjacking just before the of emergency room at the children's

hospital. and he was taken to a local hospital for mental examination and placed under arrest for attempted carjacking, false imprisonment, and possession of a fire arm. in oakland, haaziq madyun >> working crews stayed late on a two-alarm apartment fire in san francisco last night. one of these caught fire. at the 2500 block on california street and residents were displaced, and one firefighter had a minor injury. stepping into a hole on the floor, and the building houses campaign offices, for janet riley. a candidate for a supervisor her office was not damaged and no cause on the fire. >> a san francisco woman has been charged with grand theft, and with obtaining money under false pretenses. rachel smith is accused of posting phony rental ads on craigslist and reggie
